Your subscription data is stored securely in a database hosted by Supabase (supabase.com), which operates on industry-standard infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. We retain your data for as long as your subscription is active. Unsubscribed records are retained for suppression purposes (to prevent accidental re-subscription) but are not used for any communications.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate SurplusLines.news:
- Supabase — subscriber database storage
- Resend — email delivery infrastructure
These services process your email address solely for the purpose of delivering our newsletter. They are bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.
6. Content Sources
The Surplus Lines Digest aggregates publicly available content from industry publications via RSS feeds. All content is attributed to its original source. We do not claim ownership of third-party content and link to original articles.
7. No Tracking Pixels
We do not currently use open-tracking pixels, click tracking, or behavioral analytics in our emails.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Unsubscribe from our emails at any time
- Request deletion of your data by emailing us
